Tricks Of The Trade -
Play Up Those Lovely Eyes

My clients are forever telling me that they really don't know how to do their own eye makeup so hopefully these ideas will help anybody who lacks confidence with eye makeup.

The first thing to get right is to pick the correct colours and this does not necessarily depend on your eye colour! Some blue-eyed women suit blue eyeshadow and
some don't! Any of you with brown eyes will suit a taupe eyeshadow like Burnt Sugar or French Fawn but the Winter or Cool Types will not get away with the warmer, goldier browns like Golden Beige or Crème Caramel. If you need guidance on selecting any of our eyeshadow colours please do the Colour Personality Quiz and we will let you have details of your best colours by e-mail.

Another problem that a lot of women have is applying eyeliner so they decide not to bother with it and it can do so much to bring out the eyes clearly especially for all of you who wear glasses. Our Eyeliner Pencils have a creamy texture which helps even the shakiest hand to draw a straight line - start from the outside corner of the eyes and work inwards about halfway along the top lashes, then use the Sable Eyeshadow Brush to drag the colour into the inside corner of the eyes - this will keep the line nice and fine and professional looking - and that's it! Just apply your mascara and you will look irresistable.
