If any products are out of stock, the remaining order will be shipped without them. The out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible.

If goods are damaged replacements will be made when you return them.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

We also welcome telephone, fax, E-mail and mail orders. Cash, Cheque, Bank Draft and Money Order.payments must be made in advance.

All products will be mailed postage free to anywhere in the world. If you are returning items for any reason we will credit you for postage expense.

All international orders must be 100% prepaid.

Shipped by Royal Mail/Parcel force from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Allow 5 days for shipping to European destinations and 10 days to USA, Canada, Far East, Australia, or other non-European destinations.
