contain witch hazel which has mild astringent properties and aloe
vera to soften the skin. Toning completes the cleansing
process by removing any residue of previous products while
stimulating local circulation.
Use after cleansing
and scrubs. Moisten cotton
pad with freshener and apply to face avoiding the eye area.
